Want to learn how to make the best pizza in Austin? The Austin Food Journal is now offering a pizza workshop, “Serious Pizza Class.” True Neapolitan style pizza. The same pies that we have been making, eating and feeding our guests during our semi-monthly Pizza Nights. Kick-ass, righteous pizza guaranteed.

Attendees will walk away with printed recipes and topping suggestions, sample dough to try at home and the skills to make classic Italian pizza. Next class is May 8th, 1 – 4pm. Tickets are $75 per person.
